Blake Shelton was joined by his girlfriend Gwen Stefani during his birthday performance at County Jam on Saturday, June 18, according to The Boot.

The country singer, who turned 40 this past weekend, sang his duet "Go Ahead and Break My Heart" with Stefani, who he has been dating for the past seven months.

"This is fun!" he said. "Y'all have been so freakin' nice to me on my 40th birthday and I guess if I had one birthday wish for me personally . . . I wish I could rock. I wish I was one of those type of artists that could rock but I can't."

Shelton also played songs from his latest album, If I'm Honest, along with other hit songs, such as "Honey Bee," "Austin" and "Sangria."

Stefani also took it upon herself to decorate Shelton's plane for his birthday.
