Steven Tyler made a surprise appearance at Nashville's Bluebird Café on Tuesday night. According to a report from the Nashville Business Journal, the Aerosmith fronter hit the stage to perform the band's 2001 hit "Jaded."

"He had the greatest time," the Bluebird's general manager, Erika Wollam Nichols told the Insider.

"He kept going on and on about how he had never been at a place like that. It was very cool to see him get excited by what the Bluebird was."

After the performance of "Jaded," Tyler took over the piano to play a stripped down version of "Dream On." Later on, he noted that the 100 person venue was the smallest that he'd ever played at.
