Alecto Minerals Plc. (ALO.L) said Mark Wellesley-Wood, Non-Executive Chairman, has resigned with immediate effect. He is leaving the Board to focus on new work commitments following his recent reappointment to the board of Mwana Africa Plc.
Following this change, the Board will consist of three directors. They are Toby Howell, who will assume the role as non-executive chairman, Mark Jones as chief executive officer and Dominic Doherty as operations director.
