Disturbed has become the first ever band to top the Billboard Mainstream Rock Songs Airplay chart six times in a row, after their track "A Reason to Fight" rose from 3 to 1 on the list dated March 30.
With the feat, Disturbed has broken a tie with Three Days Grace, which had five consecutive singles reach No. 1 in 2012-15.
With the song's elevation to the top spot, Disturbed has now logged nine Mainstream Rock Songs No. 1s and is tied with Aerosmith, Godsmack and Metallica in fifth place for the most No. 1s. Three Days Grace hold the record with 14 songs at the top.
Each of Disturbed's singles have reached No. 1 since "The Vengeful One" claimed the top spot in August 2015.
According to Nielsen Music, "A Reason to Fight" also reached No. 14 on the Rock Airplay Chart, rising 8% to log 3.6 million audience impressions.
