Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks hasn't spoken with Lindsey Buckingham since 2018, when the lead guitarist was fired from the band.
But in an interview with The Los Angeles Times, the singer-songwriter revealed that she sent a letter to her ex-partner after he suffered a heart attack in 2019.
Nicks revealed some content of the letter: "You better take care of yourself. You better take it easy and you better do everything they tell you and get your voice back and feel the grace that you have made it through this."
Nicks also shared her lockdown experiences and her feelings about the current state of Fleetwood Mac in the interview.
On October 9, Nicks is set to release a new solo song titled "Show Them The Way" and its music video, which she says was inspired by a dream she had before the 2008 presidential election.
