Kate Perry, Kacey Musgraves, Halsey and Billie Eilish are among scores of top musicians who have joined the Planned Parenthood voting campaign, "We Need Every Voice."

The "We Need Every Voice" campaign ad put out by the Planned Parenthood Action Fund appears in key newspapers, including the Arizona Republic, Detroit Free Press, Tampa Bay Times, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Austin American Statesman, and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The ad, which features over 200 musicians, asks people to vote to drive change and protect reproductive freedoms, saying "this election - more than any other - will determine out health, rights, and our future."

"Following the rushed confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett, we now face a Supreme Court that puts our health and freedoms, including our right to safe and legal abortion and access to affordable health care, at extreme risk," the announcement reads in part.

It also says that the Covid-19 pandemic has laid bare how crucially the country needs leaders who will fight for people's rights and expand their access to health care, and make decisions that reflect the will of the people they serve.

"Voting shapes our lives and has lasting effects. United, our voices have power and can change the direction of this country," the ad says.
