Stevie Nicks sold 80 percent of her publishing catalog to publisher and talent management company Primary Wave.
The copyrights are reportedly valued at about $100 million.
The deal includes the legendary Fleetwood Mac singer's platinum hit "Landslide," the Grammy nominated "Edge of Seventeen," "Stand Back" and "Dreams," which hit the Billboard charts.
Primary Wave said they plan to partner with Nicks on marketing, branding and digital strategies to generate more revenue from her catalog.
Additional terms of the deal include a strategic publishing alliance with the singer that will allow her to sign new songwriters to a joint venture.
"Stevie's music, while exceptionally well known, is still very undercommericalized and undermarketed," said Primary Wave chief executive Larry Mestel.
Stevie Nicks is the only woman to have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice - the first time in 1998 as a member of Fleetwood Mac and then again in 2019 as a solo artist.
