Machine Gun Kelly says he wears his girlfriend Megan Fox's blood around his neck.
MGK shared a photo of the two of them on Instagram on Valentine's Day, February 14, along with a closeup of a necklace that appears to contain a drop of blood within it.
"I wear your blood around my neck," he wrote in the caption. "My bloody valentine."
Fox also posted a series of pictures with her boyfriend along with a poetic caption, which reads, "There goes my hear. Manifest outside of my body. Draped in the towering silhouette of a most unusually handsome boy. Magical and haunted. Kinetic and tortured. Ethereal and dangerous. Cosmic. Lawless. Eternal. Creative Genius. The journey will likely be perilous but there is no destination without him."
"Happy Valentine's Day rehab barbie," she added, along with a heart emoji.
The couple recently sparked engagement rumors after Fox was spotted wearing a ring on her left hand.
Fox and Kelly went official with their relationship last July after meeting on the set of their upcoming movie, Midnight in the Switchgrass.
