In an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, Rob Zombie recalled his awesome yet strange first encounter with Ozzy Osbourne.
"Ozzy's great. I've known Ozzy for a long time. We toured together for the first time maybe 20 years ago," Zombie said before revealing that "the first time I met Ozzy was really weird."
The incident took place in Osbourne's home, where Zombie expected to run into "a bunch of people" including his manager and Osbourne's wife, Sharon Osbourne.
"And it ends up with just me and Ozzy by ourselves, I just met him," he said, adding that it led to Osbourne playing him the entirety of his new record while "looking directly at me, singing most of it."
"I'm simultaneously thinking, 'This is awesome,' and, 'This is so uncomfortable, I don't know what to do,'" Zombie shared, jokingly.
