Jana Kramer recently took to social media to explain her decision to undergo breast augmentation surgery.
"After many years of consideration I have decided to get a breast augmentation and lift. I want to be open about WHY," she wrote in a lengthy post on Instagram on Monday.
Kramer said she had considered breast augmentation before marriage, and after having babies, she had a new set of insecurities with her body.
"Things didn't go back to normal, and I carry a lot of embarrassment when I'm undressed. I don't want to feel that way anymore. That was the 'click; that showed I should follow through," the country singer and actress added.
Kramer recalled a boy named Bobby M. calling her "flat as a board" while in 8th grade. She called on her fans to celebrate women instead of tear them down.
"I'm doing what's right for me. I know a woman's body is beautiful no matter what shape or size but I want this," the "I Got The Boy" singer wrote.
