Drake Earns Record-Extending 32nd No. 1 On Billboard's Rhythmic Airplay Chart With 'What's Next'

Drake tops the Billboard Rhythmic Airplay Chart for the 32nd time, as his single "What's Next" rises 4-1 on the list dated April 24.

According to MRC Data, "What's Next" was the radio format's most-played song in the tracking week ending April 18.

Drake, who has now replaced himself at No. 1 on the Rhythmic Airplay chart, by evicting Yung Bleu's "You're Mines Still," on which he plays supporting vocals, is way ahead of Rihanna, who has 17 No. 1s to her name. Usher (13), Chris Brown (12) and Lil Wayne (12) follow in that order.

Although Drake has hit the top of the list, benefiting from guest spots on other artists' songs, he is still clearly ahead of others as he has 21 No. 1s through lead or co-lead appearances.

On the Rap Airplay chart, "What's Next" is now ranked No. 2, having advanced from No. 4, thanks to a 5% surge in audience in the week ending April 18.
