Lil Nas X made his "Saturday Night Live" musical guest debut on the Season 46 finale but experienced a wardrobe malfunction on live television.
The "Old Town Road" rapper performed his most two recent singles, "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" and "Sun Goes Down," during his debut. But, during his "Montero" performance, Lil Nas X's leather pants appeared to split during a steamy pole dance sequence.
"NOT MY PANTS RIPPED ON LIVE ON TV. OMFG NO," Lil Nas tweeted after the show. He later joked, "I wanted to do my pole routine so bad this what I get lmaoo."
Lil Nas X had dropped "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" on March 26. The track debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The video for the song created a huge uproar, however, as it showed the rapper slide down a pole to hell, where he proceeds to give Satan a lap dance.
