Dee Snider and his family's appearance on the syndicated television game show "Celebrity Family Feud" will air this weekend on ABC.

The Twisted Sister frontman and his family had wrapped filming for the TV show in March. The episode will be broadcast on Sunday, June 20 at 8 pm ET.

It will be the first time a heavy metal/rock family will be appearing on the "Celebrity Family Feud" show.

Speaking about the TV show appearance on Twisted Sister bassist Mark "The Animal" Mendoza's Facebook Live show "22 Now," Snider said, "We kicked ass and we represented. I remember we were kind of debating, like, do we go in and treat it like it's a joke... you know what I mean? Just like a big goof out of it, or do we take it seriously... and they expect us to be a joke."

"So we wanted to go in there and go for the gold. So I can't say how it went other than to say we kicked ass. That I can say," he added.

In the show, Snider and his family will be going up against NFL Hall of Famer and current co-host of "Fox NFL Sunday" Terry Bradshaw and his family.
