Country music star Luke Combs has dropped a previously unreleased song called "South On Ya" as a new hype song for Southeastern Conference (SEC) Football.

"If you come around here, better bring it 'cause we're no doubt gonna put a little #SouthOnYa," Combs captioned an Instagram post, as warning to any team playing football against the SEC teams.

"Way down where the sun shines hotter / dogs on the porch / gators in the water / way down, down in Alabama / muddy Mississippi, swamp Louisiana / hold it in down from Texas to Missouri / from the Arkansas hollers and the grass in Kentucky / to the blue skies in Carolina / Florida, Tennessee and Georgia come and find us," Combs sings in the song's chorus. "Got a little dirt road dust running through our blood from the never heard-of-it hometown / got a can't quit heart and some take it too far / and a whole lot of never back down / 'cause we're no doubt gonna put a little South On Ya."

The accompanying video features footage of previous football games, paying tribute to every team in the conference.

Meanwhile, Combs is currently working on his third studio album, a follow-up to his multi-platinum album What You See is What You Get.
