Powerbridge Technologies Co., Ltd. (PBTS) a SaaS solutions and Blockchain applications provider, on Tuesday said it has entered into a collaborative agreement with Cryptodigital Holdings Ltd.
Under the terms of the Agreement, Cryptodigital will provide related services to Powerbridge for acquiring a certain number of bitcoin (BTC) and ethereum (ETH) miners and developing and managing the mining operations in Asia and North America.
Powerbridge Technologies said it is looking forward to consistently acquire miners, manage global mining operations and to build up a competitive level of mining fleet and hashrate.
PBTS is currently trading at $1.52, up 0.66 percent from previous close.
