Kanye West has reclaimed the top spot on the Billboard Artist 100 chart, thanks to his latest album Donda.
Ye jumped from No. 67 to No. 1 on the Artist 100 chart dated September 11, earning his third total week atop the tally.
Kanye's latest album Donda debuted at No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart with 309,000 equivalent album units, according to MRC Data.
The debut also was the biggest week of 2021, as Donda overtook Olivia Rodrigo's Sour, which had debuted with 295,000 units on the chart dated June 5.
West also became the seventh artist or act to have at least 10 No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200 chart. The Beatles have the most No. 1s with 19, followed by Jay-Z (14), Bruce Springsteen (11), Barbra Streisand (11), Eminem (10), Elvis Presley (10) and West.
Donda was released on August 29, 2021, by GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings. The album, which is named after West's late mother, Donda West, was initially set for release on July 24, 2020 but was delayed multiple times.
