Iconic musician Sir Elton John has scored a record-extending 40th top 10 on Billboard's Adult Contemporary Airplay chart thanks to his Dua Lipa collab "Cold Heart."
"Cold Heart (Pnau Remix)" rose from No. 11 to No. 10 on the list dated September 25.
In his career spanning over 5 decades, John has earned 40 top 10s, with "Your Song" being his first entry in February 1971. His last top 10 song was "Answer in the Sky" in January 2005. John also holds the record for most No. 1s as 16 of his songs have topped the chart.
"Cold Heart" dropped on August 13 via Mercury/EMI/Interscope Records. The single seamlessly blends together several favorite tracks from John, including "Sacrifice," "Kiss The Bride" and, of course, "Rocket Man."
Australian electronic trio PNAU, consisting of Peter Mayes and brothers Nick and Sam Littlemore, created the mashup.
