Machine Gun Kelly Reacts To Grammy Nominations Snub

Machine Gun Kelly has reacted after he was snubbed from the recently announced Grammy nominations.

On Tuesday, November 23, the Recording Academy revealed the nominees for the 2022 Grammy Awards, which includes artists like Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, Doja Cat and Jay-Z.
However, MGK's Tickets to My Downfall received zero nominations.

"wtf is wrong with the grammys," MGK tweeted shortly after the nominees were announced.

Tickets To My Downfall, his 2020 collaborative album with Travis Barker, was eligible in a number of rock categories, but he didn't receive any nominations.

Meanwhile, Kelly is already working on his follow-up to Tickets to My Downfall. Titled Born With Horns, the upcoming album is another collab with Barker and features lead single "Papercuts."

Last year, The Weeknd also did not receive any nominations for the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards for his blockbuster album After Hours. He responded by calling the Grammys "corrupt" in social media posts.
