Dr. Dre is venturing into the video game world, as Rockstar Games has announced a new story-based expansion for "Grand Theft Auto Online" featuring the hip-hop legend.
According to Rockstar, players will interact with fan-favorite Franklin Clinton from "GTA V" and his new celebrity solutions agency, F. Clinton and Partner.
"Lost in the shuffle on his way to Cayo Perico last year, it turns out Dr. Dre's phone isn't just missing — it's in the wrong hands. Not only that, but the phone also contains the hottest property in the city: new, unreleased music from Dr. Dre himself," a description of the game's storyline reads.
The online adventure, titled "The Contract," will be released on December 15 and promises to feature "a ton of new and unreleased exclusive tracks from Dr. Dre and a heavy-hitting lineup of artists."
Snippets of Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes and Anderson .Paak songs can be heard on the soundtracks in the trailer for "The Contract."
