Adele's '30' Tops Billboard 200 For Third Straight Week

Adele's 30 has remained atop the Billboard 200 albums chart despite a 33% drop in equivalent album units in the tracking week ending December 9.

The record has also captured the largest third week for any album in more than three years.

According to MRC Data, the record earned 193,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the latest tracking week.

Drake's Scorpion had earned 260,000 equivalent album units in its third frame (chart dated July 28, 2018).

Of 30's 193,000 equivalent album units, album sales comprise 149,000 (down 34%), SEA units comprise 43,000 (down 29%, equaling 57.87 million on-demand streams of the set's track) and TEA units comprise less than 2,000 units (down 24%).

Taylor Swift's Red (Taylor's Version) stays at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart. Polo G's Hall of Fame is ranked No. 3, Michael Bublé's Christmas is down by a place at No. 4, and Olivia Rodrigo's Sour is in the 5th spot.
