Demi Lovato Holds Funeral For Their 'Pop Music'

Demi Lovato has officially bid adieu to her pop music days, according to a series of Instagram Stories and posts that they published.

The 29-year-old singer, who appears to have hit the reset button on her Instagram account by getting rid of all previous posts, has recently shared a photo of their team chilling at the recording studio, with Lovato front and center, flipping the bird on both hands.

The caption of the photo reads, "A funeral for my pop music," a suggestive hint at what the follow-up to their April '21 record, Dancing with the Devil... the Art of Starting Over, might sound like.

Though it is unclear when the next album is dropping, fans will be happy to know that it will mark a pronounced departure from Lovato's previous work centered around the pop genre.
