Kanye West, who recently changed his name to Ye, is set to drop his next album, a sequel to last year's Donda.
Ye revealed that Donda 2 is set to release on February 22, 2022. The new album will be executive produced by Future. The pair had recently performed together at Rolling Loud California.
"DONDA2 COMING 2 22 22 EXECUTIVE PRODUCED BY FUTURE," the rapper posted on Instagram along with the image of a billboard featuring the image of a house on fire with the release date in large numbers across the front.
Donda was released on August 29, 2021, by GOOD Music and Def Jam Recordings. The album, which is named after West's late mother, Donda West, was initially set for release on July 24, 2020 but was delayed multiple times.
With Donda, West earned his 10th No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.
