Kanye West, now known as Ye, appeared in the latest cover story of the 236th issue of SLAM magazine, posing for a picture with the players of Donda Academy.

The hip-hop star is seen in shades and a black hoodie standing with his Donda Doves, including Rob Dillingham, JJ Taylor, and four-star recruit forward Jalen Hooks.

Over the past year, Ye has been busy with the brand, Donda, which was named after his beloved mother. With the rapper looking forward to launching a wide range of products under the Donda brand name, including a sports brand with Antonio Brown, the Donda Academy, a basketball prep school created to help guide players into college is undoubtedly the most happening project at the moment.

With this feature, Ye becomes one of the only two rappers to appear on the cover of SLAM, which is one of the most prestigious basketball magazines. Before him, J.Cole was seen in SLAM's 232nd issue when he was associated with the Rwanda Patriots of the Basketball Africa League.
