Twenty One Pilots' 2021 livestream performance celebrating the release of their album Scaled And Icy, with audio and video remastered for the big screen, will have its global release in movie theaters on May 19 via Trafalgar Releasing.
The Jason Zada-directed film, titled Twenty One Pilots Cinema Experience, will also have encore screenings in select locations on May 22.
Tickets for the film will go on sale on April 15, with a special fan pre-sale available on April 14 via TwentyOnePilots.film.
The film, starring the music duo of Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun, will deliver "a psychedelic reimagined take on live theater and performance on a massive scale," says a press release.
"This intense and dazzling concert event immerses viewers deep into the eclectic catalog and imagination of one of the most creative acts in music as they unveiled their first new album in three years, Scaled And Icy," the release added.
