For the fourth consecutive day this month, U.S. Covid daily cases crossed the dreaded 100,000 mark. With 109,740 new cases reported on Thursday, the total number of people that have been infected with the killer bug in the country has risen to 83,060,981.
With 339 additional Covid deaths, total U.S. Covid casualties reached 1,001,606, crossing the tragic 1 million mark, as per Johns Hopkins University's latest data.
