Singer, songwriter, record producer, actress and model Brandy Norwood is returning to the big screen after several years.
Brandy revealed the news on Instagram, saying, "It's official! THE FRONT ROOM from The Eggers' Brothers @a24 Can't wait for y'all to see this."
"God you're Awesome!!!! I trust you with my entire life. Thank you for this amazing opportunity to work with this unbelievable cast, crew, and the studio everyone wants to work with and of course my Eggers fam," the R&B icon added.
The psychological thriller tells the story of "a young, newly pregnant couple forced to take in an ailing stepmother who has long been estranged from the family."
The movie, produced by A24 films, marks the cinematic directorial debut of Max Eggers and Sam Eggers.
The Front Room is adapted from the short story of the same name by Susan Hull.
Brandy has starred in a number of feature films, including I Still Know What You Did Last Summer, The Perfect Match and Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor.
