The Shaquille O'Neal Foundation has added hip hop superstar Pitbull and singer-songwriter H.E.R. to "The Event," its second annual fundraising gala scheduled for October 1 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

They join an already announced all-star lineup of performers from the worlds of music and comedy, including multiple Grammy award winning Maroon 5; CMA's 2020 Female Artist of the Year Maren Morris; and Emmy award winning comedian John Mulaney.

"When we announced the lineup for this year's show, I honestly didn't think it could get any bigger," said Shaquille O'Neal. "Then I got the call that H.E.R and Pitbull were supporting us, along with Maroon 5, Maren and John, and I knew this all-star lineup was now pushed over-the-top."

"The Event" serves as the primary fundraiser for The Shaquille O'Neal Foundation, founded by the four-time NBA champion to create pathways for underserved youth to help them achieve their full potential.

Concert tickets ranging from $50 to $250 are available to the public via AXS.com. The evening will also include a private cocktail reception, dinner, and live auction followed by the public performance. Table sponsorships for the private event range from $10,000 to $75,000.
