Las Vegas-based rock band The Killers have been announced as Sunday headliners for Electric Picnic, one of Ireland's largest arts-and-music festivals, to be held in September 2023.
Electric Picnic had said on Twitter, "The gift that keeps on giving! Introducing our Sunday Headliner @thekillers to the #EP23 line up."
Before heading to Electric Picnic, the band, who are on a world tour, will headline the main stages of Reading and Leeds Festivals to be held between August 25 and 27.
The band, conceived in 2001, boasts artists including Brandon Flowers (vocals, keyboards), Dave Keuning (guitar, backing vocals), Mark Stoermer (bass guitar, backing vocals) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr. (drums, percussion).
