Lifetime recently released a trailer for "Surviving R. Kelly: The Final Chapter," an upcoming docuseries from Dream Hampton.
The docuseries follows "Surviving R. Kelly" and "Surviving R. Kelly Part II: The Reckoning."
The upcoming docuseries will air in two parts, on January 2 and 3. The first part will document the abuse, intimidation, and courtroom testimony of Azriel Clary. The Clary family will also detail the intimidation tactics used to corner them by R. Kelly supporters while legal experts and journalists provide insight into the racketeering charges against Kelly.
The second part will focus on a survivor identified as Jane Doe #1, as well as the victim impact statements of other survivors.
"While millions have read the headlines, the final chapter connects the shocking fine print with unspeakable details never shared with the public, culminating in the verdict heard around the world," a press release says.
Kelly, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison in a federal sex crimes case, has been found guilty on three separate counts of child pornography and three counts of enticement of a minor since then.
