Grand Ole Opry Announces Star-Studded 'Salute The Troops' Night

The Grand Ole Opry has announced a star-studded music concert for May 23 to salute the U.S. military and CreatiVets members.

"Salute the Troops" night at the Opry House will feature live country music from John Conlee, The Oak Ridge Boys, Jason Crabb, LOCASH, The War and Treaty, and the husband and wife duo of U.S. Army veteran Michael Trotter and Tanya Blount in addition to "some big surprises."

More artists are expected to be announced later. Tickets and more information about for "Salute the Troops" can be found at Opry.com.

This year's Opry "Salute the Troops" will be aired as a special Opry Live on Memorial Day weekend on May 27 on the Opry's television broadcast home, Circle Network, Circle All Access Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The show will air live on WSM Radio and will also be heard on SiriusXM, Channel 59 Willie's Roadhouse.

CreatiVets supports men and women who need relief and healing after serving in the military, including through songwriting and other creative outlets.
