Kendrick Lamar and Baby Keem recently released their new single, "The Hillbillie,s" along with an accompanying video.
The song, produced by Surf Gang founder Evilgiane, samples Bon Iver's 2020 Covid-19 benefit single "PDLIF," and features Kendrick and Keem rapping about fashion, women and fame as they travel around the world.
In the song, Kendrick and Keem compare themselves to soccer legends, with K.Dot labeling himself Messi and Keem referring to himself as Neymar. The video also features a cameo from Tyler, The Creator.
"We gon' f**k up the world," Kendrick raps in the chorus. "Excuse me, but is that your girl?/ Didn't mean to possess your girl."
Keem raps, "Somebody's gonna invade on a one of one conversation/ I'm ducked off from the world, I'm immersed in the PlayStation/ And I ain't worried 'bout her, it's a thousand hers out waitin'."
Keem and Kendrick previously teamed up on the Grammy-winning "Family Ties," "Savior," "range brothers," and several other tracks.
