Braemar Plc. (BMS.L) a shipbroking and financial advisory company, said on Wednesday that its Chief Financial officer Nick Stone has resigned and will leave the company on July 31. Grant Foley has been named the new finance chief, effective August 1.
Foley has over 25 years of experience in executive roles and joins the company from ClearScore where he was the chief financial officer.
On Tuesday, shares of Braemar, closed at 287 pence up 0.35% or 1 pence on the London Stock exchange.
