Morgan Wade recently dropped a new single "80's Movie," another preview of her eagerly awaited second album Psychopath.
The track was written by Wade and frequent collaborator Sadler Vaden.
"If you want to feel instantly happy, you can watch a feel-good movie from the 80's and it'll cheer you right up", said Wade during a chat with Zane Lowe on Apple Music. "That nostalgic, joyful sentiment is what we were channeling when writing this song and I think we got there. '80's Movie' is fun, melodic and light-hearted and I am so excited it's finally here."
Wade's sophomore album, Psychopath, is set to drop on August 25. The album's title track dropped on May 19. The 13-track set was penned by Wade along with Vaden.
Psychopath is a follow-up project to Wade's acclaimed debut album, Reckless, which featured its lead single, "Wilder Days."
