Rock band Staind recently dropped a new single, "Cycle Of Hurting," from their upcoming album, Confessions Of The Fallen.
Confessions Of The Fallen, which drops on September 15, marks Staind's first studio album in 12 years. The record features 10 rock anthems, including radio smash "Lowest In Me" and brand new single "Here And Now."
Commenting on the lyrical themes of the record, frontman Aaron Lewis said, "I'm still working through my issues. Still working through my problems, and until then I'll dream of better days. I hope that's how everybody feels right now...better days are yet to come."
Meanwhile, before the release of Confessions of the Fallen, Staind will embark on a co-headlining tour with Godsmack this summer.
