Diddy has announced that The Love Album: Off the Grid, his first solo album in 17 years, will be released on September 15.

The Grammy-winning producer and rapper shared a four-minute trailer for the LP, featuring Justin Bieber, Swae Lee, Mary J. Blige, Babyface, French Montana, DJ Khaled, Teyana Taylor, and 21 Savage.

"Why am I doing this? Especially with the success that I've had, especially where my life, how stressful and treacherous this music business is. My heart has been broken. I still have that question of, like, 'Will I ever love again?'" he ponders in the video.

"I don't make an algorithm, I make a feeling. I want to give them something they can sing," Diddy says about the collaborations. "People say, 'Do you want streams?' I said, 'I want souls.'"

In the video, Diddy is seen flying to an apparent private island to get away.
