Brown and Chopstix co-produced the track. The visual, directed by Travis Colbert, was shot in Jamaica.
"Nightmares" is from Brown's 22-track album 11:11, which arrived on Friday, November 10.
Brown previously shared "Summer Too Hot" and "Sensational" from the album. "Sensational" features Davido and Lojay.
11:11, which follows Brown's 2022 album, Breezy, is a two-part album, with Side A and Side B, both containing 11 tracks each.
