2 Chainz was hospitalized after surviving a major car crash in Miami over the weekend.
The rapper suffered neck injuries when his car was hit from behind on Saturday, TMZ reported.
The media outlet quoted Florida Highway Patrol as saying the crash involved a Mercedes, Nissan and Toyota. 2 Chainz was driving on I-95 to attend Art Basel in Miami.
Police reportedly suspect the driver of the car that hit 2 Chainz from behind may have been drunk.
The artist posted a picture of the completely damaged front end of a black Tesla car on Instagram, accompanied by an apparent video of 2 Chainz' hand holding a medical breathing device.
"This the car that hit us from behind..Praise God for the blessings , Things could have been worse , but it wasn't , don't wanna pity party, but i do appreciate every single person that checked up on me," 2 Chainz wrote.
He continued, "Sometimes someone in my position don't feel like the love real or maybe it's mind thing , but I truly felt the love and don't worry bout me , I'm good , shake back king."
