Producer prices in Sweden decreased for the fifth straight month in July, data from Statistics Sweden showed on Tuesday.
The producer price index dropped 0.6 percent year-on-year in July, slower than the 3.1 percent decrease in June, which was the steepest decline since December 2023.
Prices for energy-related products fell by 0.8 percent from last year, and those for capital goods declined 0.2 percent. Meanwhile, costs for consumer goods increased by 2.0 percent.
