Elliptic Laboratories ASA (ELABS.OL), a Norwegian software company, on Wednesday announced that Chief Financial Officer Lars Holmøy has notified the intention to step down from the role. The company has appointed Senior Finance Manager Mathias Norderud asinterim CFO with immediate effect.
Mathias Norderud has been with the company for more than four years.
Lars Holmøy will remain with the company until November 30 to ensure a smooth transition.
On Tuesday, Elliptic Laboratories closed trading, 2.96% higher at NOK 9.73 on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
