Acumen Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ABOS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on Alzheimer's disease, is scheduled to report its third-quarter 2025 financial results on Wednesday, November 12. Analysts are projecting a net loss of $0.68 per share for the quarter, reflecting continued investment in its lead program and pipeline development.

Phase 2 Study: ALTITUDE-AD

Acumen's primary clinical effort centers on ALTITUDE-AD, a Phase 2 trial evaluating sabirnetug (ACU193) in individuals with early-stage Alzheimer's disease. The study began in 2024 and has enrolled 542 participants across sites in the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. It is designed as a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, with participants receiving infusions every four weeks. The goal is to assess whether sabirnetug can slow cognitive and functional decline compared to placebo. Topline results are expected in late 2026.
