Click Holdings Shares Climb 20% On Strategic HR Acquisitions In Hong Kong

Click Holdings Limited (CLIK) surged 19.50%, closing at $8.09, up $1.32, after announcing the acquisition of Hong Kong-based HR firms Bowser Human Resources Limited and Top Team Consultants Limited. The deals will be settled via the issuance of 1,885,350 and 232,256 Class A shares, respectively.

CEO Jeffrey Chan said the acquisitions align with the company's expansion goals, aiming to drive approximately 200% growth in professional services sales and 15% in logistics sales through the integration with Click's AI-powered platform.

On the day of the announcement, CLIK experienced unusually heavy trading volume as investors reacted to the strategic move. The stock's 52-week range is currently $2.65 - $8.09.
