Sony Pictures Television is working on a series inspired by three-time Grammy winner and 14-time CMA Award winner Miranda Lambert's music.
Judaline Neira will showrun, write and executive produce the project for Hulu. Lambert will executive produce, along with Marion Kraft's Shopkeeper Management, which reps the artist.
According to Deadline, the project is billed as "Big Little Lies gone honky-tonk." The series centers around a woman who helps her friend break free from an abusive marriage, and together they try to start life over in Texas despite their past threatening to catch up to them.
