OBOOK Announces Commencement Of Share Repurchase Program Of Up To $10 Mln

OBOOK Holdings Inc.(OWLS), a blockchain technology company, said on Wednesday that it has formally entered the execution phase of its previously authorized share repurchase program of up to $10 million.

The company may repurchase shares of its class A shares from time to time.

Winnie Lin, CFO at OwlTing Group, said: "While maintaining strong operating cash flow to support our global expansion, the decision to proceed with this repurchase program demonstrates our ability to simultaneously invest in future growth and optimize our capital structure. Over time, we believe this initiative may enhance the company's long-term capital efficiency and shareholder return profile."
