CGN Mining Company Limited (1164.HK) announced a series of board and management changes effective 13 February 2026, including Xu Junmei's resignation as chief financial officer due to work reallocation.
Li Jie has been appointed as the new CFO, executive Director, the chairman of the ESG committee. He is currently serving as the chief accountant at CGNPC Uranium Resources and a director at CIECC Engineering.
Sun Xu resigned as a non executive director and from his positions on the audit and ESG committees after reaching retirement age. Liu Guanhua also resigned as a non executive director and from the remuneration committee following the exit of China State owned Enterprise Mixed Ownership Reform Fund Co Ltd as a shareholder.
Alongside the exits, the company announced key appointments. Wang Xianfeng, an existing non executive director, has been added to the audit committee. Qiu Bin, an executive director, has been designated as the authorized representative.
1164.HK closed at HKD 4.86 or 4.14% lower on the HKSE.
