The Hong Kong stock market has finished lower in two straight sessions, sinking almost 25 points or 1 percent along the way. The Hang Seng Index now rests just above the 25,715-point plateau and it's looking at another soft start on Friday.
The global forecast for the Asian markets remains negative on surging oil prices and raging war in the Middle East. The European and U.S. markets were down and the Asian bourses are expected to follow suit.
