WESCO International Stock Jumps 15% On Strong Q1 Earnings And Revenue Growth

WESCO International, Inc. (WCC) shares surged 15.37 percent to $352.15, gaining $46.88 on Thursday, following strong first-quarter earnings and revenue growth.

The stock is currently trading at $352.15, compared to its previous close of $305.27 on the New York Stock Exchange. It opened at $350.62 and has traded in a range of $334.35 to $355.56, with volume reaching 658,549 shares.

The company reported first-quarter earnings of $153.8 million, or $3.11 per share, up from $118.4 million, or $2.10 per share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings came in at $166.8 million or $3.37 per share. Revenue increased 13.8 percent to $6.080 billion from $5.343 billion last year.

The stock has traded between $151.45 and $355.56 over the past 52 weeks.
