Modest Mouse recently released a new single, "Third Side of the Moon," from their forthcoming album An Eraser and a Maze.
The band regularly played the song during their shows over the past two years.
The song, featuring frontman Issac Brock's vocals, is about regret and death. "I can't remember if your eyes were green or brown or red/ 'cause you always spoke in a whisper and I ain't so good at listening," Brock sings.
The band previously released "Look How Far…" and "Picking Dragon's Pockets," from An Erase and a Maze, which is the band's first album in five years. The record is due out on June 5th via Glacial Pace and Virgin Records.
