Quanterix Names Jason Faessler CFO To Succeed Vandana Sriram, Stock Drops

Life sciences technology firm Quanterix Corp. (QTRX) on Tuesday announced that it has appointed Jason Faessler as chief financial officer, effective June 22.

Faessler succeeds Vandana Sriram, who has been serving as CFO since August 2023 and is stepping down from the role.

Jason Faessler joins from Bruker Corp. where he was Senior Vice President overseeing global financial planning and analysis and the Americas finance organization.

In pre market activity on the Nasdaq, shares of Quanterix were down 3.09 percent, changing hands at $3.0332, after closing Monday's regular session 5.15 percent lower.
