Applied Digital Stock Gains 7% Over Announcement Of Proposed Senior Notes Offering

Shares of Applied Digital Corporation (APLD) are gaining around 7 percent in Tuesday morning trading after the company announced a proposed offering of $1.59 billion of senior secured notes due 2031 in a private offering.

The company's shares are currently trading at $43.33 on the Nasdaq, gaining 5.65 percent in the latest session. The stock opened at $45.75 and touched an intraday high of $46.67. Over the past 12 months, the shares have traded between $9.02 and $50.72.
