Context Therapeutics Inc. (CNTX) on Monday reported positive interim Phase 1 data for its investigational therapy CTIM-76 in patients with advanced, late-line platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC). The company's shares were up more than 6% in pre-market trading.

The data, based on a May 29, 2026 cutoff from the ongoing Phase 1 study, included patients with ovarian, testicular and endometrial cancers who had received a median of seven prior lines of therapy. About 44% of patients had liver metastases.

Among seven evaluable PROC patients, CTIM-76 achieved a confirmed overall response rate of 29%, with two patients recording partial responses. The disease control rate was 57%, with four of seven patients achieving either stable disease or a partial response. In patients with confirmed stable disease or partial responses, treatment benefits were maintained for at least six months.

The company said CTIM-76 showed a favorable safety profile consistent with its mechanism as a T-cell engager. Most adverse events occurred during the first or second dose, were predominantly Grade 1 or Grade 2, and were reversible with standard management.

Context Therapeutics said it plans to evaluate dosing the drug once every three weeks in the second half of 2026, based on pharmacokinetic data from the study.

CNTX closed Friday at $1.39, down 2.1%.
